The Space
9’ 5” x 12’ workspace adjacent to atrium. Rent includes internet utilities and parking. Please note 6 Arts is still under construction with a projected opening of mid-June 2025. Interior windows will frosted for privacy.
Monthly Rental
$540 per month
$540 per month introductory rate with minimum one year commitment. Fixed monthly rent amount available for up to three years. Rate will go up to $600.00 on July 1st.
Rental Requirements
Space may be reserved for a 25% reservation fee (fully refundable). Rental application including credit and background check required.

Once we are up and running, site will be secured using access control 24/7/365. High output LED exterior lighting and video screens for viewing parking area. Recorded video security in public areas. Fire detection and suppression system installed January 2025.
