The Space
This room is intended for use by small groups needing meeting space for up to 12 people.
Hourly Rental
$0 – $25 per hour
Non-member rate is $25/hour.
Room is free for Folio members for up to 2 hours during Folio regular business hours and $25/hour after hours
Rental Requirements
Folio members booking events do not need event insurance. Non-members booking events are required to have event insurance.
Rules & Regulations
Renters are free to choose their own caterer. Food served must be obtained from a licensed caterer or grocery market that provides this service to the public.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve the room for your event.
This deposit is non refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your event.

Folio is one of 21 independent, membership libraries in America. It offers circulating collections, vibrant conversations, innovative cultural and civic programs, and work spaces for writers. Folio is located in downtown Seattle with excellent transit connections and ample nearby parking, Its beautiful landmarked rooms can be rented separately or combined with a capacity ranging from 8 to 114 people.
