The Space
Our upstairs rental is an open free flowing two bedroom style set up. The main bedroom has views of Lake Union and Gasworks park. The second bedroom is also just as large as the main bedroom, just without the views. The bedrooms are joined to the sunroom by an open commons area that has a bar opposite of the kitchen. We also have a great sun room, perfect for get togethers, workshops, meeting or small conferences.

$150 – $400 per day
Upstairs rental for 15+ people Day $400
4-6 hours $200
Weekly Rental
$1000 – $2000 per week
Weekly base rate is $1000 but may be higher depending on activities and amount of people in the building each day.
Rental Requirements
We require each renter to give us a clear understanding of the activities and amount of people expected.
Rules & Regulations
No loud or amplified music after 10pm and no all night parties. Please do not park in the loading dock on Alison St, it is the catering service space and they frequently come and go.
Cancellation Policy
No deposit is required for reservations, no cancellation fee for canceling more than one day ahead and a 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is within 24 hrs of the booking.

The Building
We are formally Greenhand Dispensary. When we were forced to close our doors here with the end of medical marijuana we renovated our space into a multi use space and Airbnb. We now offer two different rentals and have a specialty music / synthesizer store in the building as well. We aim to provide a hip alternative place for off site meetings, small conferences or just meeting up. We are conveniently located in Eastlake , close to the University District , Capital Hill and South Lake Union. We are also directly on the bus line and have a Pronto Bicycle Service station across the street.

Parking
Two hour zoned parking is available on Eastlake Ave and there is also parking available on Alison St and other adjacent streets.
Security
We have external security cameras on the exterior of the building at the entrances.
