Salsa N’ Seattle is the perfect venue for your wedding, reception, birthday, corporate event, live music, performance, lecture, dance class, photography, and more.
Beautiful 2,200 square foot open space with polished hard wood floors, wall of mirrors, 2 stages, full kitchen and bar, event lighting and sound available, licensed bar/bartender services available, two restrooms, plus a small bridal party lounge. Seats 79 people and up to 150 people for standing events.
We offer both hourly, weekly, and monthly rentals.

Hourly Rental
$25 – $175 per hour
Private Lessons or practices - $25 per hour
Workshops or classes - $35 per hour
Parties and events $99 to $175 per hour depending on number of people and event type.
Daily Rental
$999 per day
Weekly Rental
$1000 per week
40 hours a week.
Rental Requirements
$200 cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not returned to its original state
Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time.
Cancellation Policy
50% payment is due for booking
$600-$800 security deposit is due on day of the event and will be refunded after a walk through the night of the rental
If Renter must cancel a class/event, the cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before Renter’s reservation date for 50% refund.
