The Space
Mount Baker Park Presbyterian Church is seeking proposals for the co-use of its landmark premises in South Seattle.
Guiding criteria for co-use applicants include:
- users fit within the Biblical and constitutional parameters of church use;
- the purpose of a user’s meeting, class, support group, or event is beneficial to the spiritual, civic, educational, or social well being of the wider community;
- users are not-for-profit entities whose activity does not compromise the church’s 501(c)(3) tax- exempt status.
Co-use may include the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Social Hall, an office, and rehearsal space.
Daily Rental
$250 per day
Additional charges may apply depending on facility use beyond the Sanctuary
Monthly Rental
$2000 per month
Monthly rate includes a dedicated office and storage options.
Rental Requirements
A 501 non profit status is required and use/activities may not compromise the church’s 501(c)(3) tax- exempt status.
