As of Oct 1st, the performance space is only available Thursday — Saturday.
The Space
Simple stage with six stage lights, up to 90 chairs are available, mezzanine above the stage for big ideas and more patrons, an average house sound system, two bathrooms, two green rooms and bar / lounge area. The capacity is 127 capacity with up to 90 chairs available. The recommended caterer is The Harbour Public House otherwise appropriate liquor license needs to be attained to have or sell alcohol. Downstairs is wheelchair accessible. Specs available (see attachment)

If you have a performance but have additional needs, site visits and rehearsals, we’ll negotiate an appropriate rate.

Depending on needs and availability. Six months advance notice is best but give us a try.
Monthly Rental
$4000 per month
Depending on needs and availability. Performances are on the calendar through Oct 2017 but there are openings and opportunities. Let’s see what we can do.
Rental Requirements
You must have appropriate liquor licenses posted. Recommended caterer is The Harbour Public House for public and private events. If your event is public and you are nonprofit providing your own caterer or you’d like to serve with a licensed bartender, your caterer will need to show proof of licensing or the organization will need to provide a special occasion license one week prior to your event. Private events can use an easy banquet license. The average performer will need to use a licensed caterer. It’s all easier than it sounds just give yourself enough time to arrange, in some cases a couple of months. Basic guidelines will be provided.
Rules & Regulations
No amplified music after 10pm. Stereo with closed doors ok through midnight
Cancellation Policy
$50 deposit with reservation which will be deducted from your rental fee. Deposit returned in full if cancellation is made 45 days prior to rental date.

The Building
Rolling Bay Hall is more than just a rental facility – it’s a comfortable environment welcoming your bright ideas and authentic personality. Charmed with a rare black box space, we offer an affordable opportunity to make some magic. Four private work spaces are available to lease, and two meeting spaces are open to rent. The four work spaces are currently used as breakout rooms for rehearsals, education and businesses. We’re located in the middle of Bainbridge Island in unaffected neighborhood reminiscent of old Bainbridge. If you are a music teacher looking to lease on the island, you will be directed to our predominant tenant, the Island Music Guild.
Hours
Please contact the venue to schedule a walk-through. New hours starting the week of July 18th from 9-2pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Donuts, coffee and tea available first thing Thursday mornings!
Parking
Parking available at venue. Additional parking available on the street. Parking lot across the street can be arranged for a small fee.
Security
Three security cameras are site. A staff member will provide access. For a fee, a staff member can be onsite during rental of the performance space.
