The Space
The Baron’s Lounge, designed by an award-winning scenic designer, is an intimate world inspired by the fantastical Parisian cabarets of the 1890’s and clandestine American speakeasies.
The Lounge features:
-Seating for up to 49 people in a varied collection of beautiful antique furniture and a VIP veranda
-A cabaret style stage
-A vintage-inspired bar built from Victorian and Jacobian furniture
-A decorative fireplace
-2 restrooms
-Prep kitchen
-2 private dressing rooms
-PA system
-Digital Projector
-70” Monitor

Rental Requirements
Renters must obtain liability insurance for the event.
Renters must use venue staff for bar services.
Rules & Regulations
No open flame is permitted in the space, all candles must be LED.
Furniture can be moved with the permission and assistance of Seattle Immersive Theatre Staff.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required for reservations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
