The Space
The Double Decker Room, situated above Hale’s Brewpub, accommodates business luncheons or presentations, office party, wedding rehearsal dinner, or reunion. Your event will have your own bar, restrooms and bartender. We can accommodate up to 90 guests in a standing cocktail party environment or 75 seated.
Hourly Rental
$50 per hour
Minimum 2 hours. Rental rate for meetings not requiring bar service. 250/4 hrs 55/hr after
Daily Rental
$250 – $450 per day
$250 base, $55/hr after initial 4 hours includes setup and exclusive bartender. $200 beverage minimum. Catering and bar service, $500 minimum.

We are also able to provide internet access, a cd player with an adapter for an ipod, and a screen with power strip and extension cord for any kind of presentation or slide show as well as a Hitachi CP-S240 LCD projector for a $40 rental fee, a large 84 inch presentation screen $20 and a nice PA with microphone for $45.
