Amenities include:
- 24 Hour Access to your own private space as well as a shared kitchen, lounge, and restrooms.
- 7 Point Studios reception is staffed Monday through Friday 10am-10pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. Our friendly staff will greet your guests and collect your mail and packages.
- W/S/G and electricity are included in the monthly rental fee. We are wired for internet. You set up and pay for your own internet account.
- Monthly gated parking spot available for an additional $150/month.
- Discounts on private event or gallery space and equipment rental.
- Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly and well behaved.
- Collaborative environment with workshops and shop services available for tenant use at discount pricing.

We are located in the International District next to the Goodwill on Dearborn. Just blocks up from the Stadiums and Uwajimaya.

We have a Community Code of Conduct and a standard lease agreement. Our Code of Conduct is essentially a No Jerks Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is $1040 and Fully Refundable if terms of lease and Code of Conduct are upheld by tenant.

The Building
7 Point Studios is a creative hub for artists, artisans, and entrepreneurs, located in the heart of Seattle. With close to 20,000 sq. ft. of creative space, 7 Point Studios is unlike any other studio in Seattle. We rent out artist studios, equipment, event space, and host a number of artist events and gatherings.
Our current tenants are comprised of uniquely talented and forward thinking artists including, but not limited to; glass blowers, screen and letterpress-printers, graffiti and mural artists, traditional painters, metal artists, woodworkers, jewelers, and event planners.
7 Point Studios is a supporter of all alternative arts and was established as a collaborative space for artists while also providing rentable space for private and public events.

Please note, for any scheduled events, the building can stay open beyond the times listed. (P.S. feel free to stop by and take a tour of the building during any of our regular hours!)

Free street parking on 13th Ave. S and around the building. Back parking lot, as is, included in event rental.
