Availability
There are lots of different types of events that happen here. The more notice given, the longer the availability. If you are willing to work with artists in the same building (cool, easy to co-habitate with artists) we can really work with you on the pricing.
The Space
1500 square feet 7 minutes from downtown Seattle available for a broad variety of events. Photo studio rentals, art shows, private classes, private parties, film set rental, what else can you think of! It is a great open space with some moveable walls. Rent part or all of it. Bathroom on site as well as a wonderful bar/restaurant next door. Competitive rates. Available starting October 1 2015.

Cancellation Policy
50% required for reservation. Cancelations within 7 days forfeit 25% of total fee. Case by case depending on the type of use.

The Building
The space is suitable for art shows, photo studio rentals, private parties, art classes, etc. It will be available October 1st 2015 for hourly/daily/weekly rentals. There is plenty of parking, located 7 minutes from downtown, and has a wonderful bar/restaurant next door.
