The Gallery is busy during the first Friday of every month, and on Mondays from 1-4 pm
The Space
The Burien Arts Gallery is located at 826 SW 152nd. Street in Olde Burien, 20 min. south of Seattle. The open exhibit/performing space is carpeted and is 18’ by 20’. There is also a smaller office space and a small bathroom. In the main gallery space is a separated gallery 10 x 12 that can be used for writer’s workshops, theatre rehearsals, etc.
Hourly Rental
$25 per hour
$25/2 hours, $10 ea. additional hour to maximum of $75
Daily Rental
$75 per day
We offer a non-profit rate of $50/day
Rental Requirements
The Burien Arts Gallery will issue a rental agreement for user to sign.
Rules & Regulations
No loud noise during working hours as this is an art gallery with storefronts on each side. We need to be sensitive to their clients.
Cancellation Policy
Burien Arts requests rental payment in advance.

The Building
Burien Arts Gallery is an art gallery located in Olde Burien at 826 SW 152nd. St. The venue features new art exhibits every month. Two large windows face the street, and track lighting illuminates the walls/artwork. A floor plan of the gallery is available on request.
Burien Arts is a non profit arts organization that presents Shakespeare in the Park, a Jazz Festival, arts in education programming for at-risk youth, and offers life drawing and humanities programming in the gallery. B.A. also presents Vision 20/20 Art Event (food, wine, art for sale, silent auction) every November.

free parking on all side streets. There is a free parking lot behind the building.
