The Space
eXit SPACE is dance studio located in Green Lake. We have three separate spaces ranging in size from 950-1100 square feet.
Hourly Rental
$10 – $25 per hour
$10/hour for rehearsals
$15/hour for private lessons
$25/hour for group classes, events, and more.

Rental Requirements
Renters are required to sign a brief contract when renting space from eXit SPACE. It covers use of space and liabilities.
Rules & Regulations
No live drumming (due to noise pollution to fellow residents). Must adhere to all regulations in contract.
Cancellation Policy
Renters are invoiced by our rentals manager. In case of cancellation we require at least 48 hours.

The Building
eXit SPACE is a dance studio located in the heart of Greenlake in a historic 1920’s building. eXit SPACE offers over 70 classes per week to dancers in our Adult Program as well as Young Dancer Program, we house 4 professional dance companies, and rent out our facilities to yoga instructors, fitness coaches, ballroom and swing teachers, hip hop companies, photographers and film directors, and more!
We have three separate studio spaces.
Studio One: Maple Sprung Floor by Stagestep, 950 square feet
Studio Two: Oak Sprung Floor by Stagestep, 960 square feet
Studio Three: Gray Marly Spring Floor by Stagestep, 1100 square feet
Hours
We rent our space out 24/7 according to availability. Our schedule is irregular and changes often.
Parking
Free off street parking close by. Metered on street.
Security
Key code access only. Well lit street in a great neighborhood.
