We have many returning theatrical runs including:

Available as a rehearsal space year round (10am-10pm on weekdays and weekends)
The Space
The Palladium is in Hale’s Brewery warehouse which can accommodate:

Beer Hall 200 guests
We offer a theatrical stage, lighting and sound. We serve draft beer, wine, hard cider, sodas and concessions food for your performance or catered food for your upscale event.
Hourly Rental
$50 per hour
Hourly rental rate is our rehearsal rate which applies to any non-public event using the space “as is,” no staff assistance (or set up/breakdown) required; additional equipment usage and staff assistance available for additional fees
Daily Rental
$600 per day
This is our rate for 6 hours of rental time (4 event hours, 2 hours host set up/breakdown)
Additional shows are $200/ea
Additional time is $75/hour (additional time is not charged if there are additional shows)
Lighting and sound equipment extra.
$750 minimum concessions/bar
Weekly Rental
$3000 per week
Lighting and sound equipment extra. $2000 minimum concessions.
Monthly Rental
$10000 per month
Lighting and sound equipment extra. $8000 minimum concessions.
Rental Requirements
You must have liability insurance with Hale’s Ales listed on your policy. If there are aerial acts the performers must possess their own individual policies.
All events must conclude by midnight with an event curfew (load out complete) by 1am.
We take a $200 non-refundable deposit per event date. For weekly and monthly rentals, 50% of the total room fee is taken as a non-refundable deposit. This fee is applied to your final bill and is NOT an additional charge. This amount will also be used as a DAMAGE DEPOSIT. There is no commitment to hold the Palladium until the deposit is received and Agreement is signed by both parties.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Any damages to the facility caused by client or their guests will be deducted from the above deposit amount and considered a cost. Damages will be determined at the end of the event.
