The Space
The Llama Barn has 4 conference tables and seating for up to 35 people. It also has a full prep kitchen and a bathroom. The front open porch overlooks the 5 acres of the Wild Sky Ranch. The property has a pickle ball court, volleyball net, and a firepit overlooking the river.
Hourly Rental
$95 per hour
weekday rate only. min 4 hour rental.

Daily Rental
$1080 per day
This includes rental of the full property- including three cabins. Additional $25 per person per night, if guests exceed the max of 10 overnight guests
May need to include cost of porta potty rental,depending on group size

The Building
The Wild Sky Ranch is located on the Skykomish River in Index, WA. A short one hour drive from Seattle, this venue offers a unique space for meetings, gatherings, workshops, team building- the possibilities are endless.
There is a conference center and three cabins on the 5 acre property. The Llama Barn Conference Center can host 30-35 people. (Up to 100, if outside) The three cabins can sleep up to 10 total. The property has multiple fire pits, a BBQ cookout area, a pickle ball court and and a volleyball/badmitton area.
