Available: 7 days per week 7am-4pm
Daytime Event (7am-3pm): $18.00/hour. Minimum 3 hours.
Available: Monday-Friday
Evening Event (3pm-12am) $21/hour. Minimum 4 hours.
Available: Sunday-Thursday.
Evening Event (6pm-12am): $700 bar minimum.
Available: Friday-Saturday.
Additional Costs:
Projector: $25.00 Flat fee.
Plates, knives, utensils. $25.00 Flat fee.
*does not include price of beer.
*if event will take more than 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to take down we require a
$75.00 set up and take down fee.

The Building
We are a Brewery in South Park–a great blue collar neighborhood in Seattle. Our first love is brewing beer. Our second, is hosting events.
Hours
Typically open for rental Monday-Thursday 7am-10pm.
Friday-Sunday please contact us for private event as we have open brewery hours these days (though we can still arrange an event if you call)
Parking
Street parking on Elmgrove and on 8th. We advise you to park on 8th.
