The Space
The historic Field House with its exposed beam high ceiling and all wood interior has a warm feeling that is perfect for your wedding, banquet, family reunion, birthday party, fundraising event, concert, etc. The catering kitchen with large warming oven, industrial sized refrigerator, ice maker, and counter space work great for all types of catered meals. This open space features wood flooring, rustic wood walls, original exposed wood beam ceiling, a large stage, and beautiful covered porch. The large dressing rooms have plenty of space for the entire wedding party to get ready. Capacity- 350. No catering restrictions. Building available from 8 am to 1 am. 12 hour event package available. Field House physical address: 1456 Roosevelt Avenue, Enumclaw, WA 98022
Hourly Rental
$65 – $150 per hour
8 hour minimum. Deposit required.
Rental Requirements
Deposit required to reserve. Liability Insurance, fire and banquet (if alcohol served) permits required along with signed facility contract to finalize.
Rules & Regulations
2 additional hours of set up time available before event.
All activities must end by midnight Sunday through Thursday and by 1:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday unless prior arrangements have been made. Security may be required for some event.
Cancellation Policy
$400-600 deposit required for reservation. Full payment due month before event.

The Building
Our 72 acre location has a variety of multi-use buildings, grass midways, parking lots and arenas that are versatile enough to accommodate most any event. RV park at location for your convenience. Our friendly staff, reasonable prices and beautiful location has drawn many events to our venue. Events range from weddings in the historic Field House to concerts, dog shows, antique shows, Scottish Highland Games, rodeos, and multiple 4-H events. We are most proud of the fact that we are home to the annual King County Fair.
