The Building
Clean, affordable, secure, rehearsal rooms, located in Ballard, available for month to month and hourly rental. Month to month rooms range in size from 8’x8’ to 18’x21’ and are available as private or shared. All rooms are custom built, accoustically treated, heated, and carpeted. The facility has two newly remodeled bathrooms, a sixteen camera security system, 24-7 access, loading bay, sprinkler system, and plenty of free parking.
Hourly Rooms: All hourly room rentals are booked in advance (sorry no drop ins). The standard hourly room ($20hr) is 15’x15’ and includes a backline of two guitar half stacks, bass rig, PA with up to 3 mics, and drum kit (Drummer’s bring their own sticks, cymbals, snare. Snare & cymbal rental available). Showcase room ($30hr) is 30’x20’ with 12’ ceilings includes the same backline as a standard room.
There are two hourly rooms that are large, fully equipped with a drum kit, two Marshall half-stack amplifiers for guitars, an Ampeg amplifier for bass guitar, and a PA system with three vocal microphones available for $20.00hr.
