Rental Requirements
A minimum of $1 million liability insurance is required.
Rules & Regulations
No phone conversation longer than 5 minutes in the common area. If you use the kitchen you are expected to clean up after yourself.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 30 day notice prior to ending a rental agreement. Deposit of $800 is required upon signing for a private office.
