The Space
Conference is centered around a large table that comfortably seats 10 with additional chairs that can be pulled up to the table.

Rental Requirements
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 due with signed and returned Room Rental Agreement. Room is available for rent seven days a week from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Later hours must be negotiated prior to renting.
Rules & Regulations
No loud noises after 9:00pm.
Cancellation Policy
Non Refundable deposit of $50.00 due with signed Room Rental Agreement. Deposit will be returned if cancelled 48hours prior to event.

The Building
The building was formerly an elementary school and is located in the Madison Valley area of Seattle. Our classrooms and portables are leased, however, we rent the auditorium, gym, conference and community rooms to the general public. Children/youth focused programs are given special consideration. Monday thru Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, we provide free rent in the auditorium and gym. As a non-profit 5013C organization we are able to keep our rates low enabling small, financially challenged organizations a place they may meet and support the needs of the community.
Hours
The Center is open Monday thru Saturday and Sundays upon request. The regular hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm.
Parking
Limited parking in facilities parking area.
Security
Main entrance is on Republican Street. Doors are open during regular hours.
