The Space

​A large former class room great for smaller events limited to 35 - 40 people, includes white boards, a counter for laying out snacks or event material and a drop down screen.

Hourly Rental

$25 per hour

In addition to the hourly rate, there is a non-refundable deposit due at the time the Room Rental agreement is signed and returned to the office.

Daily Rental

$175 per day

Rentals over 8 hours per day


Rental Requirements

Liquor is allowed with a liquor permit which must be displayed in the room. Permission is required prior to renting from building management.


Rules & Regulations

No loud noise after 10:00pm.


Cancellation Policy

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit required with signed Room Rental Agreement.  Cancellations within 48 hours of event will be refunded.

The Building

The building was formerly an elementary school and is located in the Madison Valley area of Seattle. Our classrooms and portables are leased, however, we rent the auditorium, gym, conference and community rooms to the general public. Children/youth focused programs are given special consideration. Monday thru Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, we provide free rent in the auditorium and gym. As a non-profit 5013C organization we are able to keep our rates low enabling small, financially challenged organizations a place they may meet and support the needs of the community.

Hours

The Center is open Monday thru Saturday and Sundays upon request. The regular hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm.

Parking

Limited parking in facilities parking area.

Security

Main entrance is on Republican Street. Doors are open during regular hours.
