The Space

7 Point Studios is a restored warehouse with close to 20,000 sq. ft. of creative space, including private artist studios and a glassblowing school, The Boro School. Along with renting out artist studios and glass blowing equipment and supplies, we also offer event space and host a number of artist events and gatherings every month.

Daily Rental

$350 – $6000 per day

Administrative Fee $100.00

Cleaning/Damage Deposit $250.00 per day (Refundable)
Venue must be cleaned & undamaged

VIP Lounge (Kitchenette included) $200.00 per day

Rules & Regulations

• Renter must agree and adhere to 7 Point Studios Code of Conduct
• Renter will be solely responsible for security, identification check, occupancy regulation and any other agreed upon requirements, as well as supply copies of any and all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance policies. 
• Renter must enforce 7 Point Studios smoking policy, and limit smoking to designated areas.
• Renter must acknowledge that 7 Point Studio tenants are entitled to 24/7 access to the facility, and cannot impede or interfere with their use/access of the building.


Cancellation Policy

• 50% deposit is is required at the execution of a rental contract and the remainder is due 15 days prior to the event.
• Daily cleaning/damage deposit of $250.00/day.
• Renter may cancel an agreement at any time up to 30 days prior to the event date by providing written notice of such election to 7 Point Studios at no cost to the renter.  If the renter cancels this agreement under the 30 day grace period, they will be charged 50% of the total rental cost and any expenses incurred by 7 Point Studios in preparation of the event. For cancellations 72 hrs prior to the event date, the renter will be charged 100% of the rental costs and any expenses incurred by 7 Point Studios.

The Building

7 Point Studios is a creative hub for artists, artisans, and entrepreneurs, located in the heart of Seattle. With close to 20,000 sq. ft. of creative space, 7 Point Studios is unlike any other studio in Seattle. We rent out artist studios, equipment, event space, and host a number of artist events and gatherings.

Our current tenants are comprised of uniquely talented and forward thinking artists including, but not limited to; glass blowers, screen and letterpress-printers, graffiti and mural artists, traditional painters, metal artists, woodworkers, jewelers, and event planners.

7 Point Studios is a supporter of all alternative arts and was established as a collaborative space for artists while also providing rentable space for private and public events.

Weekly Building Hours:
Monday - Friday 10am - 10pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm

Please note, for any scheduled events, the building can stay open beyond the times listed. (P.S. feel free to stop by and take a tour of the building during any of our regular hours!)

Parking

Free street parking on 13th Ave. S and around the building. Back parking lot, as is, included in event rental.

Security

Security cameras around the property. By request, we can provide staff for your event!
