We listen to your needs, help you visualize your event, and finalize everything to make it a reality. Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Sole Repair Shop provides 1,800 square feet of space, including a loft, a full service bar, and the ability to provide a variety of catering options for any event. Built in the 1900’s as a shoe repair facility, Sole Repair was transformed in 2008 to a party and event venue with full multi-media capabilities. Hourly Rental
$100 per hour
Minimum of 3 hours, hourly rates are for day events or to add additional hours on to a rental
Daily Rental
$500 – $1500 per day
Rental is good for 6 hours of event time, with a bonus 2 hours for set up. All events must wrap by 2am.
Rental Requirements
You must use the venue staff in in house catering for events. ( only exception is Food trucks)
Outside liquor is not permitted
Rules & Regulations
No glitter, no confetti. Events must wrap by 2am.
Cancellation Policy
Room rental fee is required to reserve the date.
