The Space
The Incubator is: Coworking Office, public meeting space and Community Art Gallery.
The spacious Coworking office is designed to foster creativity and collaboration. It provides shared workspace and networking opportunities to small non-profits and individuals with a social change mindset. Coworking memberships range from $275/month (24hr/day, 6 days/week) to $30/month (2days/month).
In addition to workspace, the Incubator hosts a Community Gallery for developing artists to display their work. Gallery rotates monthly.
Finally, the Conference Room is available for use by the general public. We ask $20/hr and that you please clean up after yourself!

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve time slot; deposit for Conference Room is $40 or 1/2 of total cost.

The Building
The Hillman City Collaboratory is a non-profit, cooperative multi-purpose space shared by grassroots organizations and individuals who care about social change, creative expression, and community building. The Collab is is housed on the first floor of a beautiful and historic brick building in the heart of the Hillman City neighborhood in Seattle’s Rainier Valley.
The Collab contains: Music venue, Art Gallery, Community Garden, Learning Kitchen, Meeting Space, Large event space and Coworking Office.
Hours
Open Hours (stop by and say hi, view the art, get a tour!) Thursday-Saturday 9am-12pm.
Most evenings there is some event happening - some are private, some are open to the public. Check the calendar for other times!
Parking
Plenty of free street parking. Orcas Avenue is the easiest street to park on.
Security
We have security cameras at all entrances. Partners and staff have 24 hr access with lock codes.
