The Space
20 artists’ work space studios, 200-500 sf, affordable rent, all amenities, year leases. Inquire after November 15 about studio space.
Monthly Rental
$300 – $750 per month
Year-long leases, from January 1 to December 31. Rent, triple net and utilities are paid monthly.
Rental Requirements
Interview, deposit, first month’s rent and signed lease required.
Rules & Regulations
No drugs or smoking of any substance. On-street parking and 5 spots in front of building only. No alley parking.

The Building
BallardWorks is an artists’ work-only studio building. Rents are affordable and leases are for one year. Studios are generally 200-500 sf, have windows or skylights, sinks, heat, full-spectrum lights. Bathrooms and hall sinks on each floor. Studios and curated exhibitions are open for monthly Second Saturday Ballard Artwalk, 6-9 PM.
