The Space
Our showroom area is equipped with slatwall, two and four-way apparel fixtures, photography lighting, photography backdrop frame, a conference table and chairs. The space needs a little TLC in some areas, but is great for creatives. It used to be a hair salon. We’d love to have you for a tour to see if the space is right for you.

All daily rentals must be pre-paid, and are non-refundable. We will however work with you to reschedule as we understand that sometimes situations occur that are outside of our control.

The Building
Seattle Fashion Incubator (SFI) is committed to providing independent fashion brands with the ideal environment to develop and grow their business. Our 3,600 square foot space in downtown Renton has 20,000 yards of eco-friendly fabric on site, an onsite seamstress, conference table, cutting table, and a resource library for artists in the sewn goods trade. On the first friday of the month we participate in the Renton Eruption of Art art walk to showcase our space and artists to the public.
Hours
We are typically open from 10 AM to 6 PM during the week, but are available by appointment as well. We like to be flexible to meet your needs.
Parking
There is two hour street parking on Whitworth Avenue, and we have our own parking lot behind our building.
Security
The property owner has security cameras covering all doors, and windows.
