The Space
1927 Events is Seattle’s Downtown urban loft space on the corner of 3rd & Virginia. Conveniently located just a few blocks from several hotels, Pike Place Market and the booming South Lake Union neightborhood.
Hourly Rental

Hourly rates are $150/hour with a three-hour minimum; hourly rates apply from 7am-4pm. Evening rates start at $900. We offer a 20% discount on room rentals for all non-profit organizations; discount does not apply to minimum hourly rate.
Daily Rental
$900 – $2000 per day
Please inquire about our in-house bar service; perfect for your product launch, happy hour, networking or wrap party.
Rental Requirements
All caterers must be licensed and insured; each client is responsible for their own event insurance. If you are interested in renting our venue for several days or weeks at a time, please give us a call.
Cancellation Policy
We require the entire room rental fee as deposit to reserve your date. Should something with your date change due to an emergency or change in plan; we allow deposit to be utlized on a different date within the same calendar year.

We require a venue rep and/or security person for all events; this is a case-by-case basis depending on scope of your event. (average fee for each is $150) We take care of the cleaning and room strike up of space as well (average cost to client $150).
Amenities included with room rental at 1927:
• 100 black resin folding chairs
• 15-6’ banquet tables
• 8-30” tall cocktail tables
• Antique lounge sofa and two chairs
• Projector and screen
• Wireless microphone
• House sound system; great for background music. Can plug into any laptop or phone. DJs need to provide their own speakers, and are not able to plug into our house system.
• 2 large restrooms
• Coat closet
• Commercial grade kitchen with 6-burner range & oven, stacked convection oven, hotbox, dishwasher & ice machine

1927 Events is a loft space located on 3rd & Virginia in downtown Seattle. 1927 is complete with a commercial grade kitchen, projector, house sound system & wireless microphone. Ideal for photo and commercial shoots, product launches & education, pop-up shops, cooking classes, rehearsals of any kind, creative meetings and cocktail parties.
