Availability
Studio is available for rent outside of normal class hours and after school programs. Typical rental availability on weekdays before 6:00pm, after 3:00pm on Saturdays and after 12:00pm on Sundays.

Rental Requirements
Facility Rental agreement must be signed for Events and you must use venue staff for Event rentals.

No loud noise after 10pm
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for reservation.

The Massive Monkees are a World Champion Dance Crew from Seattle, WA who are proud to offer a creative space dedicated to producing, performing and teaching art with an emphasis on the positive art forms of Hip Hop culture.
The Beacon is a 2000+ square foot dance studio located in the heart of Seattle’s International DIstrict and is a productive, safe and fun place that interacts with the community through arts-based programs. This include a free youth after-school program, dance and music classes and community events. Through our programs we engage people in fun activities that encourage expression and positive change.
In addition, The Beacon is also available for rental for rehearsal space, workshops and special events.
Hours
Typically open Monday-Friday from 6-9pm and Saturday from 10:30-3:00pm for scheduled classes. Hours outside of scheduled classes are available for rental. Please contact the studio for further information.
