The Space
SFI has a 50 seat movie theater with BluRay/DVD, Streaming, and 16mm playback, 1100 sq ft. soundstage with 300 amps of power and a grid for lighting, & meeting rooms with projectors and wifi, available for rent for reasonable rates.
Hourly Rental
$25 – $50 per hour
We have several different spaces, a studio, a theater, and meeting rooms with projectors and audio, in addition to ancillary spaces such as a lounge, that are useful for premier parties etc.
Daily Rental
$200 – $400 per day

Rental Requirements
All spaces must be left clean and as they were rented when the rental is completed, we don’t have a cleaning service available.
Events with alcohol must obtain their own event permits from the Liquor control board.

The Building
We are a degree granting film school with easy car and transit access in the Interbay area. We have a 48 seat theater with with DVD/BluRay/Streaming capability, an 1100’ filming studio (with lighting grid & 300 amps of power), a small rehearsal studio with cork floor, and 2 other multipurpose rooms with HD projectors and wifi access. Hours
Office Hours 9a to 6p. Weekend and Evening bookings are available. Fridays and Saturday evenings are the most available.
Parking
Lots of free off street parking available in addition to 6 onsite parking spaces on 15th Ave for evenings and weekends. Off street loading zone on 16th for load ins.
Security
Security cameras at entrances that record entrances and exits.
