The Space
415 Westlake, a distinctive northwest venue for music, receptions, corporate and cultural events, provides a fresh canvas for your special occasion. Located in the emerging South Lake Union neighborhood in the heart of Seattle, 415 has over 5,000 SF of space that seats over 200 at table or 300 for walk around events.
Flexibility is key to the design of 415. High ceilings, large open space without posts, high quality sound and video systems and a well-equipped kitchen gives your imagination room to create.
415 offers complimentary tables, chairs, standard AV package, wireless internet, accessible restrooms, some parking and an excellent kitchen for your caterer or one of our recommended caterers.
Hourly Rental
$150 – $200 per hour
Hourly rate is available for weekday events ending by 2 p.m. First hour is $200, additional hours are $150 (4 hour minimum).
Daily Rental
$1900 – $3500 per day
Daily rate applies to any events ending later than 2 p.m. or occurring on weekends. It is a flat rate which varies by day of the week and includes 8 hours of rental time, tables and chairs for up to 215, and basic A/V package (lighting, projector/screen, 2 wireless mics, and ability to play music from a playlist). Reduced nonprofit rates are available.
Rental Requirements
Liability insurance is required for events (may be provided by caterer).
Rules & Regulations
Client is responsible for setup and teardown/cleanup of tables, chairs, decor, and any other items in the venue.
No bubbles or open flames are permitted inside the building (covered candles are allowed).
Only blue painter’s tape is allowed on walls. If art is to be hung, it must be suspended from above.
All setup and teardown must take place within the rental time frame.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to hold the date. Final payment is due one month prior to the date. Deposit is refundable up to 6 months prior to the date.

Basic A/V package is included. For more complex needs, client may bring in additional lighting/sound, or may hire one of our sound technicians at a rate of $50/hour (4 hour minimum).

Hours
Open for viewing Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. unless in use for a private event.
Parking
Parking is available in the 415 parking lot in the spots alongside the building before 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., parking spots on both sides of the lot are available free of charge.
Additional parking is available one block away at 320 Westlake. From 415 Westlake head south to the end of the block where Westlake intersects with Harrison and turn left. Immediately turn right into the alley entrance. The entrance to the parking facility is on the right. The elevator from the parking area will take you to the lobby on Westlake. Exit the door and turn right to head to 415. After hour parking is $2 for the entire night.
Street parking is free after 6:00 p.m. in the South lake Union area.
