Availability
The sanctuary is available many weeknights and weekend evenings.
The Space
This brightly sunlit beautiful room has outstanding acoustics and seating for 300. The chancel has lovely wooden risers that fit a group of 42, a Yamaha Baby Grand Piano, and even a drum kit if desired. The room also boasts a large screen, projector and state of the art sound system.
Hourly Rental
$95 – $120 per hour
Weekday (Sunday-Thursday) $75/hr
Weekend (Friday & Saturday) $100/hr
Baby Grand Piano $75 per event
Audio/Visual Sound Engineer $25/hr
Building Manager $20/hr
Custodial Service after Event $25/hr

No food or drink in this space.
Cancellation Policy
Damage deposit of $500 - refundable
Rental deposit (25% non-refundable due to reserve space, when fee is less than $100, full fee is due to reserve).
Full payment due 30 days prior to event.

The Building
Unitarian Universalist Church Building in the Gatewood area of West Seattle with a beautiful, acoustically stunning sanctuary, a lively social hall and several smaller rooms for meeting space. Our parking lot offers one of the best sound views in Seattle!
