Rental Requirements
If liquor is to be served, which is fine with us, we do ask that you provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Seattle Artists (the non-profit which owns Kenyon Hall) as certificate holder and additional insured with a minimum per occurrence of $1,000,000 personal and property coverage. If liquor is not involved, we don’t require that certificate. If you don’t have that insurance, we can suggest a few agencies which will write a one-day policy.
