The Space

The Good Shepherd Center has three Conference or Meeting Room Spaces available Monday through Saturday for hourly rentals. These rooms range in size from 442 to 1,000 square feet and can accommodate 20 to 50 people, depending on the room.
Hourly Rental
$20 – $40 per hour
Rental Requirements
Partisan political activities, private parties, and sectarian religious activities are prohibited in the Good Shepherd Center meeting rooms.
Rules & Regulations
Activities that involve loud noises and movements are not allowed in the Good Shepherd Center hourly rental spaces or premises.
Smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
Burning of candles, incense, or other materials are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Full Payment is required to hold the room. With two weeks written notice of cancellation the full amount less the first hour’s value will be returned to renter.

The Building
The Good Shepherd Center is a self-sustaining community center owned by Historic Seattle PDA. It offers three Conference or Meeting Room Spaces available Monday through Saturday for hourly rentals. These rooms range in size from 442 to 1,000 square feet and can accommodate 20 to 50 people depending on the room. Spaces may be used for meetings, conferences, and presentations. Partisan political activities, private parties, and sectarian religious activities are prohibited at the Good Shepherd Center.

Parking lot accommodates 120 cars. Free on-street parking on surrounding streets.
Security
Caretakers on site during building open hours.
