The Space
There is a grand piano on the stage. This space works well for concerts, recitals, workshops and events. Seating is fixed padded pew-style. There is an attached lobby/entrance. Sound system has been recently upgraded.
Hourly Rental
$165 – $330 per hour
We have a flat 0-4 hour rate of $660. Rental includes building host, sound technician and space.
Daily Rental
$1075 per day
Price is for a maximum of 8 hours. Rate includes building host, sound technician and space.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit of 1/3 is required within 1 week of booking. Balance is due 1 week prior to event. Deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Equipment Rental is available for additional fee (other than sound which is included). On-site catering can be available, depending on needs. No food or drink are allowed in the Sanctuary.

The Building
Seattle Unity is a new thought church, located in the heart of Seattle. Our facility is quite large and includes:
- a 600-seat Sanctuary;
- a 75-seat Chapel;
- a large Fellowship Hall with attached Kitchen;
- several smaller rooms that serve as classrooms for meetings or workshops.

Office hours for rental information: 10am-5pm M-Th
Sundays and Wednesdays are reserved for Church/Congregation events
Parking
Street parking is metered during the day, but free at night. Free off-street parking in our parking lot at north end of building during the evening, but it is a pay-lot during the day.
