Rental Requirements
A Certificate of Insurance must be received from the renter prior to the event.
A Banquet Permit may be required depending on type of event.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.
Cancellation of booking at greater than 30 days will result in refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
If full payment had been made 50% will be returned.
Cancellation less than 5 days before scheduled event the full payment will be retained.
