Availability
Conference room rentals are available Monday through Saturday, EXCEPT Wednesday. Weekly recurring rentals are available and will come with a discounted rate. Please email us for more details.
The Space
The Little Saigon Creative’s conference room is available for rent during regular operating hours. Multiple rates are applicable for individuals, nonprofit or community groups, and private/business/government groups. The conference room comfortably sits 12, and can be used for retreats, meetings, workshops, or social gatherings.
Daily Rental
$28 – $154 per day
Rental rates vary depending on length of rental, whether the rental is on behalf of a nonprofit or community group, and day of the week. Rentals on Saturdays will be charged a higher rate than weekdays. Please email us or submit an inquiry to know the specific rate for your rental.
Rental Requirements
A damage deposit check of $200 is required for first time renters. The check will be returned to the renter after the rental period if no damage has occurred. A $15 kitchen use fee is required if you need access to our kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, and toaster oven.
Rules & Regulations
Rentals must occur during regular operating hours (Monday-Saturday, 9am-4pm). Rentals must be made at least 7 days in advance to be considered.
Cancellation Policy
Rentals must be paid at least 48 hours before the rental period begins to be confirmed. Cancellations within 24 hours before the rental period will result in forfeiture of rental fee.

The Building
Operated by the Friends of Little Saigon, the Little Saigon Creative is a community gathering space dedicated to Vietnamese culture and experiences, providing community-centered services, and being a place to socialize and dream of new ideas.
Hours
Regular operating hours: Monday to Saturday from 9am-4pm.
Full facility rental hours: Monday to Sunday from 5pm-9pm.
Parking
Free street parking available.
Accessibility
Venue has easy access for people using a wheelchair and an accessible restroom.
Security
Security cameras present inside venue and staff will be on-site during rentals.
