Availability
Our availability is dependent on staffing and number of events happening during the month. Please email us with dates you have in mind to confirm availability.
The Space
The Little Saigon Creative is available for full facility rentals after regular operating hours. Between 5pm-9pm daily, the space is open for events, workshops, gatherings, performances, etc. Previous events hosted in the space include fundraisers, musical performances, book readings, and birthday parties.
Hourly Rental
$165 per hour
Discounts for nonprofits and community groups are available. Please email to inquire.
Rental Requirements
Rentals must be made at least 21 days in advance to be considered. Liability insurance is required for events with more than 20 attendees. $100 cleanup fee is required for all events with catering.
Rules & Regulations
Rentals must occur between 5pm-9pm, including setup and cleanup time. No parking in private lots available, street parking only. No access to Hello Em Cafe’s kitchen or equipment. All food and furniture brought into the space must be taken out no later than 9pm on the day of the rental. Alcohol is allowed if renter obtains a banquet permit.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required for reservation. Cancellation within 7 days of the rental will result in forfeiture of deposit.

The Building
Operated by the Friends of Little Saigon, the Little Saigon Creative is a community gathering space dedicated to Vietnamese culture and experiences, providing community-centered services, and being a place to socialize and dream of new ideas.
Hours
Regular operating hours: Monday to Saturday from 9am-4pm.
Full facility rental hours: Monday to Sunday from 5pm-9pm.
Parking
Free street parking available.
Accessibility
Venue has easy access for people using a wheelchair and an accessible restroom.
Security
Security cameras present inside venue and staff will be on-site during rentals.
