The Space
Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, Studio 621 is a custom-built, ground-floor commercial production space designed for efficiency and comfort for both clients and crew.
This versatile space is perfect for motion and still photography productions, casting sessions, meetings, seminars, and workshops. Studio 621 comes fully equipped with everything you need to make your next project a success.
Hourly Rental
$100 per hour
4 Hour Minimum
Daily Rental
$1000 per day
8 to 10 hours, Overtime charged and $150/hour
Weekly Rental
$5000 per week
5 - 8 to 10 hour days
Rental Requirements
Production Insurance is required
All productions must provide General Liability Insurance up to $1,000,000 indemnifying Studio 621 and it’s owners against liability for bodily injury or property damage incurred during a booking
Rules & Regulations
General Rules
Full Day Rentals are for 8 - 10 hours.
Half Day Rentals are for 4 - 5 hours
Overtime is bill at 1.5 times the hourly rate per Peerspace’s terms.
A Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1M in General Liability coverage is required for all bookings and must be provided prior to the rental date indemnifying Studio 621 and it’s owners against liability for bodily injury or property damage incurred during a booking.
Studio 621 is a custom purpose built photo studio space and all major furnishings are to be kept in place unless other arrangements have been approved.
All ages are allowed in the space
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Hours
Typically we are available for booking from 8AM - 6PM - 7 Days a Week
We can accomodate off hour access.
Parking
Free 2 Hour Parking in front of the studio. Unlimited free parking within Half a block

Seattle Metro bus line # 2 is within 50 yards of the studio
Accessibility
Ground Floor off street access with a 30 minute load zone right in front.
Security
Studio is heavily alarmed and monitored by exterior and interior access point 24 hour video cameras.
