Located in building housing 125+ artists and makers. Close to bus and light rail stops, plus designated parking lot behind the building.
Shared space with two other artists (one fiber/print and one photo/video/installation). Studio is accessible by elevator or stairs (doorways are 32”+ wide).
Available area has a bit of a funky layout, but great for someone looking for a unique workspace. There is a lofted area in this corner that can function as either storage or additional work space (depending on how tall you are). Lofted area is not wheelchair accessible, reached via ladder stairs only. Pictures included of space (currently occupied, but will be emptied), and the ladder leading up to the loft area.
Corner footprint roughly 10’x10’, exact dimensional available upon request!
