The Space
Newly renovated Dance Studio with large open space available for rent for events, workshops or practices. Our large floor plan allows for versatile event space with large mirrors and party lights. The space also has tall ceilings to allow plenty of air flow.
There are two bathrooms and a private cozy studio available for extra practice space or a place to change and store equipment.
Hourly Rental
$85 per hour
Weekday: $85/hr Monday - Friday 10am-5pm
Weekend & Evenings: $125-200/hr
Daily Rental
$650 per day
Half day weekday rental (Mon to Fri: 10am-4pm): $650
Half day weekend rental (up to 5 hours): $1000
Full day weekend rental (up to 12 hours): $2100
Rules & Regulations
No noise after 11pm.
No smoking inside the building.
No outside shoes or material that could damage the floor.
Food and Drinks require additional $500 deposit.
Cancellation Policy
50% Deposit required.
7 days Advanced Cancellation for 100% deposit return
24 hour Advanced Cancellation for 50% deposit return.
