The Space

Welcome to our all-in-one space with sweeping skyline views! There’s plenty of space for 30 people to network, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company safely. This unique creative space is inviting, flexible, and inspiring! The large windows provide lots of lovely natural lighting and the contemporary feel brings a special element to create a space you wish existed. This space has blank canvas walls with the capability to flex and is perfect for hosting small groups for photoshoots, networking, showers, parties, meetings, or any intimate gatherings. Create any special events you want your guest to never forget!

This is a unique space in the heart of West Seattle. We are in “The Junction” area located next to shopping, restaurants, and local hangout spots! For your convenience, there is plenty of free street and garage parking in the building. The C Line bus stop right also runs right out front.

Feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. No hard liquor is allowed, only wine and champagne. Please refer to https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit to obtain your banquet permit if you need one.

All rates include taxes.

Please book the time you need for your event including the time it takes you to set up and break down your décor, supplies, etc.

*Onsite support for the initial 20mins, but not throughout events, so please plan accordingly. Please have a dedicated host to open the locked building doors for guest after 7pm. The space is essentially “yours” for the time requested. We kindly ask that you treat our space like your home. *This is the EVENT listing for our flexible workspace, which is meant for evening and nighttime bookings between 5:30pm and 12am. Please inquire under our OFFSITE or PRODUCTION listing for weekday and/or morning bookings.

!! We follow Covid-19 restrictions so only limited capacity events are accepted at this time. Maximum capacity of 30 people, exceeding capacity will result in event closure and fees !!
