Daily Rental
$2000 – $3000 per day
Events are booked for a minimum 8-hour period, which can be scheduled anytime during our operating hours. Rental includes basic AV (simple lighting, projector, and audio setup) and use of tables, chairs, linens. Other services like bar and advance AV/media services are available as add-ons (e.g. live stream, video recording, lighting cues, etc.).
Rental Requirements
Liability insurance (minimum $1 million coverage) required. Don’t have insurance? Check out https://www.theeventhelper.com/. It’s fast, easy, and affordable. Bar service available in-house, no third party alcohol. Catering supplied by third-party vendors. Client may choose any licensed/insured caterer.

The Building
Resonance is a live music studio and concert venue designed primarily for the presentation of acoustic music. Its unique design enhances the natural warmth and resonance of acoustic instruments and nurtures an intimate and communal environment in which to learn, meet new people, and experience culture.

The venue is a 3,200 sq. ft. retail suite located on the second floor of the north SOMA Tower (a mixed-use apartment towner) in downtown Bellevue. Occupancy accommodates up to 100 guests all-seated, to 150 guests standing room only.
Hours
Office hours are M-F, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Venue available for use 8:00 am to 12:00 am, M-Sat; and Sun, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. Sundays are reserved exclusively for music teachers and their students.
Parking
Resonance is a retail business located inside a mixed-use apartment building. Public parking is available in the SOMA Towers parking garage. The rate is only $2 per hour; the first two hours are complementary. Parking cannot be reserved. Parking is managed and operated by SOMA Towers, not the venue.
Public Transportation
We are two blocks east of Bellevue Way and several bus stations; only a few blocks away from the new downtown Bellevue light rail station (open 2023).
Accessibility
Building is completely ADA compliant with access via elevators and ramps. Seating layouts are flexible and easily configured for those with special needs.
