The Space
Locally owned wine bar with Washington wines made by Alexandria Nicole Cellars. Casual lounge atmosphere with intimate lighting, comfortable couches and bar seating for a maximum of 45 people. Located at the base of Capital Hill near the convention center entrance in heart of downtown Seattle near several hotels and restaurants.
The perfect spot for a team cocktail hour or gallery opening.
Hourly Rental
$125 per hour
Minimum of four hours. $500 deposit that goes towards the hourly rental rate. All events have a 36 bottles purchase minimum to serve at the event or take away.
Rental Requirements
A service fee of 20% of your total purchase will be added to your invoice.
A wine list will be available for your personal selection. Wine selection must be made at least 15 days prior to the event. Our licensing requires that 100% of all wine poured at any event must be Alexandria Nicole Cellars wines and purchased through ANC.
Event guests must be 21 years of age to consume any alcoholic beverage. Valid I.D. will be required. Alexandria Nicole Cellars will end all wine and beer service 30 minutes prior to closing of the event, or 10pm. Due to our current business & liquor license, hard liquor is not allowed on the premises.
Rules & Regulations
All guests must exit by 10pm. No over service allowed.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your event, you will need to notify Alexandria Nicole Cellars in writing. Your initial payment of $500.00 will not be refundable if cancellation notification is received fewer than 2 weeks out from event date. If notification is made more than two weeks from event date, the initial payment of $500.00 will be fully refunded. No other cancellation fees will be applied. Click or tap here to enter text.

This locally owned wine bar is located on 8th and Pike Street, connected with the Seattle Convention Center in the heart of downtown.
