Availability
Let us know if you would like to rent the space on a reoccurring basis. We do offer reduced rates for reoccurring rentals.
The Space
A studio space for event space rental, live streaming studio rental, interview studio rental.
Hourly Rental
$90 per hour
2 Hr. minimum. We have several different options for rental, including a small photography studio, larger live streaming studio and the entire space for events and full bar. Each have their own rates.
Daily Rental
$600 per day
Daily Rentals would include use of the entire venue.
Monthly Rental
$75 – $395 per month
We offer 4 membership packages. All packages are month to month, with desk rental options month to month after the two month minimum commitment.
Rental Requirements
Please supply your own temporary liqueur license if you plan on using our full bar to serve alcoholic drinks. Renter must provide the alcohol. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, full rental fee is due on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, full rental fee is due on the day of the event.

The Building
We are a co-working space in Seattle that offers virtual co-working, desk rental, film studio rental, live streaming studio, meeting space, social gathering space and a film editing bay.
Hours
We offer a variety of membership packages for monthly use and to connect with our work community.
We also offer rental rates for our space, full bar, film studios, live stream studio, and edit bay.
Parking
We have off street parking and several parking garages within a blocks distance of the studio space.
Public Transportation
We are located in Pioneer square, one block from the ferry docks, 2 blocks from the Pioneer Square light rail station, and on many transit bus routes.

We have introduced all CDC guidelines and follow all local safety protocols during the crisis.
