Our event space is perfect for your next intimate party, wedding, or corporate event.
Our space can host seated dinners for 54 guests or standing receptions for 80 guests.

Rental Requirements
You must use venue staff and bartenders for events.
Onsite catering required (special requests may be approved on a case by case basis)

Rules & Regulations
All items, including furniture, catering equipment/glassware/dishware, and any other renter, guest, or vendor personal or event items must be removed (same day/night) unless prior permission has been received in writing from Venue. All food and drink must be cleared and removed. All deliveries or pickups for event must occur during contracted hours of event, unless previous permission has been granted in writing by Venue. Cleaning service by Venue, without charge, includes only the basic cleaning of floors, counters, table surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, hallway and patio, and gallery provided all event items have been removed. Any additional cleaning charges will be paid by Renter. Confetti, rice, bird seed, glitter or similar may not be used and any such use will result in a $500 cleaning charge or charge for damage/cleaning to space, whichever is greater. Gaffers tape, or similar adhesives, may not be used on the floors or walls as this damages the surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Final count and expenses need to be confirmed 10 days prior to event.
