The Space
This black box theater features flexible seating, high ceilings, large co-ed dressing room with lockers, showers, ample backstage area and lobby and outdoor patio. Perfect for intimate theatrical readings, plays, fundraisers, private parties, conferences and more.
Daily Rental
$190 – $570 per day
* Ancillary & Equipment Surcharges and Labor charges may apply depending on specific event services required to support external rentals including but not limited to security access set-up, A/V, meal plans or catering and janitorial.
Rental Requirements
We require all renters to provide a Certificate of Proof of General Liability Insurance with Cornish College of the Arts listed as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.

All catering and bar service must be provided by Cafe Bon Apetit Catering
Cancellation Policy
The Deposit can range from the greater of $500 or 25% of the estimated total contract to a maximum deposit of 100% of your estimated Labor required for your event, depending on the complexity and/or risks of your production. The Deposit is due upon signing the contract.

A rescheduling request will be considered by CORNISH only if it is made 91-180 days or more before the event and a mutually agreeable date is available on the calendar. Otherwise, cancellation fees will apply. If the renter finds another renter for the same time period for an equal or greater facility rental fee, then no cancellation charges will apply if the rental is approved by the External Rentals Manager.

The Building
This Seattle Landmark is a Norwegian confection of carved ornamentation, turned columns, sawn balustrades topped with a gabled roof, featuring a spacious lodge and performance venue with 2200 square feet of stage and playing space along with a co-ed dressing room with lockers and private showers. Perfect for private parties, wedding receptions and intimate productions for up to 150 guests.
During the filming of the original Twin Peaks in Washington State, Raisbeck has a small cameo as the inside of the “Roadhouse Bar.” The exterior of the “Roadhouse Bar” can be found well outside of Seattle at the Fall City Roadhouse and Inn, built in 1916. This Fall City, Washington, landmark does have similar interior.
Hours
Typically available between the hours of 8 AM - midnight between May and September with limited availability October to April.
Cafe Bon Apetit is required for all catering and bar service.
