The Space

From glassblowing and flameworking to sandblasting, coldworking, and kiln working, Pratt’s Glass Studios are fully-equipped to meet the needs of students and artists at many levels of experience.

Hourly Rental

$37.5 per hour

Blowslots are 1 bench and 1 gloryhole for 4 hours at a rate of $150.00. More than 1 blowslot may be accessed at one time to utilize the entire hotshop.

Daily Rental

$550 per day

Access the enitre hothop (3 benches and 3 glory holes) for 8 hours.

Rental Requirements

To participate in our access program, you will need to:

-Become a member of Pratt at the Journeyman or Master level.
-Schedule a studio access orientation and access test. Don’t worry – a studio coordinator will guide you through this process to help you succeed.

After you have passed your studio access test, you will be issued a Pratt Studio Card and you are set to go!

The Building

Pratt is the only facility in the Northwest where absolute beginners and established professional artists work side-by-side creating art in glass, sculpture, jewelry & metalsmithing, painting, drawing and
printmaking.

We offer classes to students of all ages and skill levels as well as professional studios which artists can access on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
