Outer office (approx. 13’x9’), inner office (approx. 13’x13’), and closet space (approx. 17x7’) would all be dedicated space.
Additional space (work room, conference room, community room, kitchen, etc.) would be shared with other partners in the building.

7400 Woodlawn is repurposing the church on the corner of Woodlawn & Latona (7400 Woodlawn Ave NE Seattle) for the purpose of building community in the Green Lake neighborhood through the arts & other neighborhood events.
