The Space
The historic Lakewood Seward Park Community Center and Association has been part of the landscape of South Seattle for 100 years.
The Clubhouse, available for private event rentals (4 hour minimum on weekends / 2 hour minimum weekdays), is proud to be hosting parties that now include the third and fourth generation of residents and friends of the Lakewood Seward Park Community
Established in 1910.
The Lakewood Seward Park Community Club was founded in 1910 and continues to this day. The Club Facility has been used for community events, memorials, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, classes, educational events, business meetings, bridal and baby showers and all kinds of family events enjoyed by at least three generations of Lakewood Seward Park Community Members.
The clubhouse is run by a non-profit community board made up of working professionals. Email is usually the fastest way to get a response if you are interested in renting the clubhouse. Our calendar is easy to view on line if you want to check availability.
Hourly Rental
$50 – $100 per hour
Daily Rental
$1200 per day
Rental Requirements
Liability Insurance is required for any event serving alcohol.
Events must end by 10 pm.
Rules & Regulations
No music after 10pm
Cancellation Policy
A security deposit is required. It is refundable.
All rent must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
There is a forfeit of deposit for cancellation.
