The Space
Located in the heart of the International District, our space is 3800 square feet with 20-foot ceilings and is equipped with heavy duty floor mats (great for yoga or other athletic activities), floor to ceiling mirrors along one wall, tons of natural light, a seating area/lobby, changing rooms, restrooms, water cooler, and free wi-fi. We have five dedicated parking spots and more paid parking right in front of the building.

The Building
ABOUT US
Yi Sport Community Center is a nonprofit martial arts school for children. Our space is available for hourly rental for events, as well as monthly rental for regular, recurring activities.

Hours
Our facility is typically available 5am - 4pm and 7:30pm - 9pm weekdays, as well as Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday.
Parking
We have a parking lot with five free, dedicated spots on weekdays; it is a pay lot on the weekends. There is also plentiful off-street parking on the block that is a combination of free 2-hour spots and metered parking.
