The Space
The space is available from seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Located in the Prudential Building on Alaskan Way in Pioneer Square, there is ample street, lot, and garage parking in the area as well as easy access via public transportation (West Seattle Water Taxi, Seattle Ferry Tunnel, Pioneer Square Underground Tunnel Station, etc.)
The space has two white and one exposed brick wall, tall ceilings, wood flooring, a changing room, and a loft office all availalbe for use. The unit is located on the first floor and a loading zone in front makes it easy for production teams to set up and break down for the day.

Rules & Regulations
1. Please do not engage in any hate speech/behavior.
2. Please be return the studio in the same condition you found it. The cleaning fee does not include general cleaning. Please return any moved furniture to it’s original location and place trash any trash in the large trash bin provided (I’ll take the trash to the alley).
3. The building has a no smoking and no open flame policy.
4. Provide your own liability and renter’s insurance. The studio is not responsible for any broken or stolen items.
5. $100 lost key fee
6. This building has both commercial and residential occupants. Please be considerate with loud music and noise.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to book an appointment. Deposit is refundable up to five days prior to the appointment date.
